Checkster's products can only be accessed via email or text invitation links.
You cannot gain access via this website.
Look for an email or text message. Are you a candidate who was asked to use Checkster by your potential employer?
You will be receiving an email or text message with a link for you to create your Checkster account. If you cannot locate your invitation, please contact the company that invited you so they can resend the invite. Please ensure your potential employer has the correct email address or phone number for your invitation.
Look for an email or text message. Did a candidate reach out to you about providing a reference through Checkster?
To provide a reference, you will need to click the personalized link sent by the candidate via text message or email. If you have not received an invitation, please connect with the candidate so it can be resent.
> Email invitations: Don’t forget to check your spam folder.
> Text invitations: Sometimes the text message breaks the full Checkster invitation link. Copy and paste the entire URL if you get an error. You can also reach out to the candidate to resend the text invitation.
Employee Check-in Survey Participant or Talent Insight Participant:
If you are not able to locate the link to your survey, please contact your hiring manager or HR representative so they may resend the link to your survey. Please make sure they have the correct contact information for you.
Rater for a Participant in a Talent Insight:
Were you asked to provide feedback for someone participating in a Checkster Talent Insight? If so, you will be receiving a text message or email with a link to your survey. If you are not able to locate your invitation, please connect with the participant and ask them to resend the link.
