Google’s Culture Criteria for Good Hires


We saw how integrity is a key criteria for Warren Buffett for his hiring, how about Google?

They looked at data and came up with 6 dimensions that correlate with high performance among their employees.  

They are: humility, conscientiousness, task completion, comfort with ambiguity, sense of fun and courage.  

We will speak in a future post about how Checkster helps assessing cultural dimensions, but for now I cannot emphasize enough the importance of starting any recruiting initiatives with your criteria.
