For each candidate and reference check requested, a comprehensive employer reference checking process is begun, ending in an equally comprehensive online report. Currently, we offer two types of reports: The employment verification report includes date of employment, title and salary verification, eligibility for re-hire, type of position, reasons for leaving and the number of direct reports. The reference check report includes: key strengths, accomplishments and improvement areas, overall performance, re-hire ability, and quantitative rating on 15 key attributes.
Starting the employer reference checking process takes less than 5 minutes. Receiving a report takes from 24 hours to a couple of days depending on the availability of the candidates and their references. The report is created promptly as soon as the last reference has responded.

Checkster requires that the candidate sign a liability waiver. This ensures that you, your organization or the references can not be sued for any reason by the candidate. If a candidate refuses to sign the waiver, you will be promptly informed, thus giving you another level of assessment on the candidate
